Former State Treasurer Found Guilty
Former State Treasurer Martha Shoffner has been found guilty. She is guilty of 6 counts of extortion, 1 count of attempted extortion, and 7 counts of bribery. Shoffner received $36,000 from Broker Steele Stephens to direct business to St. Bernard Financial Services. The jury heard closing arguments this afternoon.

A member of a fraternity on campus is being investigated for a possible rape. According to UAPD this occurred between 1:45-1:51 Sunday morning at the Sigma Nu house. UAPD has not released any names at this time. We will keep you updated as this story develops.

New Information on Springdale Deadly Shooting
New information tonight on a shooting in Springdale. According to police, Scott Rocha is accused of shooting and killing his mother at their home Friday. Authorities say that after the shooting Rocha walked to a nearby liquor store to buy beer. He faces charges of capital murder and tampering with evidence. Rocha claims the shooting was an accident.
