FAYETTEVILLE, Ark (UATV)- A non-profit tulip farm is supporting and empowering neurodiverse adults this season.

True Colors Farm in Bentonville ordered and planted 100,000 tulips from the Netherlands at their farm. This farm stands out from the rest because almost all of their employees are neurodivergent individuals.

Their farm is owned by PerspectAbility, a non-profit created by parents of children with neurodiversity.

The executive director at PerspectAbility, Natalie Vowell, said raising money for their non-profit is important, “but most important is self-advocacy of our neurodivergent employees.”

PerspectAbility gives an inclusive space for neurodiverse adults to live independently in Northwest Arkansas.

Every dollar spent at the tulip farm goes to fund PerspectAbility’s vision for inclusion.
