Last Chance for Free Car Inspections
If you are leaving for Spring Break, UAPD is offering free car safety checks for students. Tomorrow is your last chance to make sure your car is road-ready. You can stop by UAPD anywhere from 4:30-8 p.m. to have your lights, oil and tires checked.
Safe Ride Hours
If you happen to be on campus after dark, the university wants you to know the safe transportation options available to students. Safe Ride is a program that provides students with transportation from any uncomfortable or inconvenient situation. Journalism Department Holding Online Auction
The Journalism Department is sponsoring its third annual online auction, called “Woo Bid Sooie.” The auction began Feb. 27 and will continue through March 31st. Money raised in the auction will support the student travel fund in the journalism department, for undergraduate and graduate students who want to go to attend professional conferences for different job opportunities.

Ad Club to Host Panel Meeting
The advertising club is hosting a panel meeting tomorrow night. There will be representatives from Tyson, the March of Dimes, and the Northwest Arkansas Naturals. UAPD Investigating Possible Rape
A member of a fraternity on campus is being investigated for a possible rape. According to UAPD this occurred between 1:45-1:51 Sunday morning at the Sigma Nu house. UAPD has not released any names at this time. We will keep you updated as this story develops.

After only two buses could run because of bad road conditions earlier this week, ASG leaders are now in action. UofA Weekend Crime Report
It was another busy weekend for UAPD. A total of eight people were arrested, with alcohol offenses topping the charts. One student was arrested at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity house for minor in possession of alcohol, fleeing, resisting arrest, and a fake I.D. Two thefts were also reported, both cases are still active.
