    Family of Murdered MO Girl File Wrongful Death Lawsuit

    The parents of Hailey Owens, the 10 year old girl who was abducted and killed in Springfield Missouri, filed a wrongful death petition against accused killer Craig Wood. He has not been convicted but the suit claims Wood is solely responsible for Hailey’s death and calls his actions “grossly negligent, reckless, intentional and outrageous.”
