Governor Asa Hutchinson allowed senate bill 202 to pass on Monday. The Intrastate Commerce Improvement Act will forbid cities from passing their own non-discrimination acts. The governor neither signed the bill nor did he veto it. Last year, Fayetteville passed its own non-discrimination act that was later repealed by a public vote.
