U of A student hit by a train

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (UATV)- A student enrolled at the University of Arkansas was hit by a train and found dead on Friday, August 16th, according to Fayetteville Police. 

Twenty-year-old Colin Wilhoit, from Bentonville, was enrolled in the Walton College of Business according to Director of Media Relations and Core Communications John Thomas. 

According to Fayetteville Police, Wilhoit was found deceased on the Arkansas-Missouri railroad tracks, near the intersection with Frisco Avenue. 

Wilhoit’s body has been sent to the Arkansas Crime Lab in Little Rock. 

This case is an ongoing investigation.
