Local non-profit helps people start and grow a business

 FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (UATV) – A non-profit in Northwest Arkansas is empowering entrepreneurs from all backgrounds. Located in Rogers, Entrepreneurship for All (E for All) is committed to fostering economic and social impact within the community.

Through tailored programs, the organization aims to assist underrepresented individuals start and grow a business. E for All offers a bilingual accelerator program that provides participants with a year-long class, mentorship, and seed funding opportunities. 

One notable success story is that of Lizette Franco, owner of El Trompo Loco food truck. Franco sought assistance from E for All to refine her business strategies and elevate her truck. Franco said she chose to go through the business accelerator program because it is conducted in Spanish, which she finds more comfortable for learning. 

Rodrigo Salas, the executive director of E for All, emphasized the importance of offering support in Spanish, as many individuals feel more comfortable in their native language. 

Since its establishment in 2021, E for All has had 62 entrepreneurs go through its program. Franco acknowledges the profound impact of the organization on her business and the wider community.
