FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (UATV) – The United Campus Ministries program will be holding small group meetings on Wednesdays to give students the opportunity to meet and discuss their faith.
Students can meet together for lunch and open up about what is going on in their lives and have a Bible study. Many other topics included could be about mental health, the way of living life and questions people may have on their mind.
Secretary of the Christian Graduate Fellowship Brooklynn Rogers said this is a big opportunity for students to meet new people through Jesus.
“Our goal is to create a safe environment for Christian graduate students to form friendships through faith and further our understanding of Christianity in an academic environment,” Rogers said.
Untied Campus Ministries hold dinner and discussions on Thursdays and worship on Sundays. The United Campus Ministries’ goal is to spread the Gospel of Jesus to students, faculty and staff of the University of Arkansas.
Meetings are located at the United Ministries Building on 902 W. Maple St. Rogers said all students are welcome to attend to get involved into the Christian faith.
“We invite any students who would like to join our group to come on Wednesdays from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at the United Campus Ministry church off Maple Street,” Rogers said.
