FAYETTEVILLE, ARK (UATV) – The University of Arkansas tennis team is set to move to their outside courts and start conference play in the next couple of weeks.
The mens team is currently 11-1 on the season and one player, Melvin Manuel, said the early season has been awesome.
“We are having a good start to the season with a lot of good team chemistry and we feel like we have gotten better every match we played so far,” Manuel said.
With the move to SEC play, the team is also done with their indoor season. Manuel said, “We are now switching from indoor to outdoor and have a double header this weekend to get ready for the SEC season.”
The mens team will compete against The University of Omaha this weekend before moving into SEC play.
