What You Need to Know to Vote on Arkansas’ Ballot Issues

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (UATV) – As election day approaches, Arkansas residents are preparing to vote on more than elected officials.

There are four ballot issues proposed by legislators and citizen groups that are being decided on in this year’s midterm’s. Although each ballot issue is unique, they all have the same goal: to make amendments to the Arkansas Constitution and state law. In order to confidently vote in the elections, residents must understand what each of these ballot issues mean. 

Below you will find an interactive map with a simplified summary of each issue as well as important information you will need to vote.

Election Day is on Tuesday, November 8th from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m..
