FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (UATV) – Downtown Springdale Alliance, Buffalo Builders LLC, and Phat Tire Bike Shop are teaming up with Pedal It Foward NWA to host the first-ever city-wide bicycle drive.
Residents can donate new or used bicycles of any kind at the Buffalo Builders Office on May 12 and 13 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Phat Tire Bike Shop on May 14 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Bicycles that are donated will be going towards underprivileged children in Springdale during the Natural State Criterium Race that takes place this summer. 20 bikes will be given away during each race.
The races will be held on June 29, July 27, and August 31 in downtown Springdale.
