FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (UATV) —  Students recovering from addiction or are seeking help have access to an on-campus program called Razorback Recovery.

The student-led initiative is continuing to host weekly meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 p.m.

The meeting takes place in the Recovery Lounge of the Pat Walker Health Center, 525 Garland Ave.

On Thursdays, students can meet virtually with CAPS at 4 p.m. The link to sign up for the virtual meetings may be found on the Razorback Recovery website.

Aside from the weekly meetings, Razorback Recovery also offers other sober events and scholarships to students who are involved with the program.

The mission of this initiative is to lessen the stigma of addiction amongst students, to help students who are recovering, or in recovery, succeed academically, personally and professionally.
