FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (UATV) – The Mullins Library Multimedia has put together a list of streaming videos for all students, staff and faculty in celebration of National Native American Heritage Month.

Physical items can also be found on display in the Multimedia Department, which is located on the lobby level of Mullins.

Documentaries include 100 Years: One Woman’s Fight for Justice for Native Americans, Native Americans, A Good Day To Die and Our fires still burn: the Native American Experience.

Movies include Te Ata, Once Upon a River and Rhymes for Young Ghouls.

Library specialist, Shannon Youmans, said the library has special films and videos to highlight things that happen each month.

“I tried to put out things that were more general towards Native Americans,” Youmans said. “I wanted to make sure (the display) incorporated all Native Americans.”

Youmans said she aimed to highlight Native American culture, traditions and everyday lives.

Anyone can view the display through the rest of November.
