FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The No. 18 Razorbacks women’s basketball team earned a 10-point victory over the Ole Miss Lady Rebels, and senior guard Chelsea Dungee erupted for a 38-point performance.

Dungee scored the game-high 38 shooting 50% from the field and from three-point range.

Dungee effectively used the Lady Rebels’ paint defense against them, getting to the foul line 17 times, knocking down 14 of those attempts.

The Razorbacks’ offense shot out of the gate with a 64.3 field goal percentage in the first quarter.

The third proved to be the best quarter for the Hogs on both ends of the court, holding Ole Miss to only 15 points, making 0-3 of their attempts from deep, and earning 13 attempts at the charity stripe.

On the other side of the court, the Lady Rebels had two players record double-doubles. Junior forward Shakira Austin posted 17 points and 11 rebounds, and forward Madison Scott put up 17 points and 10 boards.

Despite being drastically outrebounded—Ole Miss grabbing 39 boards to Arkansas’ 25—the Razorbacks were able to secure a double-digit victory.

Mike Neighbors and the Lady Razorbacks will hit the road to Baton Rouge to take on LSU this Sunday (Feb. 21) with a 5 p.m. tip.
