FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Arkansas Department of Health released the guidelines for Halloween.
The state’s health experts recommend wearing only a cloth mask, rather than doubling up a costume mask and regular mask. They say that doubling up on mask could be dangerous as it could make it hard to breathe.
There will not be a ban on trick-or-treating, but Governor Asa Hutchinson recommends people to be cautious. The ADH recommends that the number of houses visited for trick or treating be limited, and all wrapped candy received be sanitized.
