FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The Center for Ethics in Journalism hosts Brent Renaud to speak at the Pryor Center in Fayetteville on Wednesday, November 20th.
Renaud is an award winning filmmaker and an Arkansas native.
He will be talking about his experiences shooting short films and documentaries around the work dealing with drugs and war.
When Renaud was asked about what a student can do to get involved with shooting, the main thing he focused on was getting hands-on.
“Just start making films, if you’re interested in documentary films, find something that you know you have access to and you can tell the story better than anyone else,” said Renaud.
The event will take place from 6-8pm on Wednesday at the Pryor Center located on the Fayetteville square.
