FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Eric Musselman has been announced as the new head basketball coach for the University of Arkansas.
“After our first phone call, I put the phone down and told my wife I was going for a 5-mile run and sprinted out of the house, that’s how excited I was,” said Musselman.
An introductory press conference was held today at 3 p.m. at Bud Walton Arena.
Musselman has 14 years of head coaching experience in the NBA, NCAA and CBA. He’s a former head coach for the University of Nevada, Sacramento Kings, and the Golden State Warriors.
