FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Catholic students will be able to observe an important day thanks to an on-campus ministry.
Ash Wednesday is tomorrow, March 6, and Wesley College Ministry is having two mass services to help celebrate the day.
Cath Dhority, a junior biological anthropology major, appreciates the ability to easily observe the day.
“Because I live on campus, it’s much easier to get there and see others that I know there,” said Dhority.
For Dhority, Ash Wednesday is more than just a day or mass service.
“It’s a reminder of what I strive to do and why,” said Dhority.
The two masses begin at 7:30 a.m. and 12 p.m., and will be held in the chapel at the Wesley House.
