FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The widely popular TV series ‘Shark Tank’ casting team is headed to Northwest Arkansas to hold open calls for Season 11.

Fayetteville consulting firm Startup Junkie is teaming up with ABC to host a casting call for this series that gives entrepreneurs a chance to pitch their product to investors. Participants will get one minute to pitch their business or idea to a member of the show’s casting team, according to the organization’s webpage.

University of Arkansas computer science major Canon Reeves is the CEO and co-founder of More Technologies. His startup is answering the call.

“We’re gonna go down to it and try our luck I guess. We’ll see how it goes. It’ll be a great experience, whatever happens,” Reeves said.

The casting is open to the general public and is on Saturday, April 13, at the Exchange at 409 S.W. A St. in Bentonville.
