FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — UAPD arrested a former University of Arkansas student after residents of the Northwest Quad reported burglary and harassment.

Evan Ried, a nineteen-year-old from Bentonville, reportedly entered multiple unlocked rooms and touched one sleeping student’s hair and side last Saturday.

UAPD Captain Matt Mills confirmed the arrest and encourages students to lock their doors.

Ried was released from the Washington County Jail on Sunday morning on a $5000 bond.
