UATV Covers Partisan Watch Parties Live for Election Results Show

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark– Voting closes today and republicans and democrats are gearing up for the results. Democrats gather to watch results for midterm elections at Farrell’s on Dickson. Republicans, however will meet at Powerhouse to see if their candidate will be selected by voters.

 

At Farrell’s the campaign team of Lou Reed of District 80 running for state representative against incumbent Representative Charlene Fite. Democrats and Republicans alike are welcomed to watch the results at either location as they roll in, or tune into UATV news for on-going coverage of both watch parties. Coverage of the watch parties will begin following the regularly scheduled newscast. From 8 to 11 reporters are expected to cover local election results, while anchors update viewers on nation wide results for the Midterm election.

UATV Reporter, Lauren Krakau will cover the democrats at Farrell’s. UATV Reporter Julianna Clipson will cover the Republicans at Powerhouse simultaneously.

Clipson said the crow at Powerhouse reacted to Ted Cruz’ win over Beto O’Rourke for the Texas Senate Race very positively.

The chance to vote expires at 7:30 tonight and results are expected by 11.
