Chris Powell, press manager for Arkansas Secretary of State, said that elections were very important for people to take part in.
“It’s important for individuals to be involved to support a candidate that aligns with their beliefs because a lot of people don’t have the freedom to choose their leaders,” he said. “One vote can make a difference in a tight election.”
