FAYETTEVILLE, Ark.- Faculty is encouraged to apply to join Arkansas Chancellor Joseph Steinmetz in a “Chancellor’s Chat” on September 26th. Faculty will have the chance to talk with the Chancellor in a small group setting.
Potential attendees will signup by emailing their name, college affiliation, and program area to facdev@uark.edu by 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21. Faculty who indicate interest will then be randomly selected to attend.
Ro DiBrezzo, Vice Provost for faculty affairs said “This is great technique for him to listen to the facility and to listen to their concerns, and he feels like he can focus in on issues in a casual setting.”
Chancellor Steinmetz also holds an opportunity for students to talk to him as well. “Coffee with the Chancellor” will be held Tuesday, Sept. 25.
