FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – University of Arkansas police arrested a man charged with six misdemeanors of theft of bicycles across campus. Student and faculty bikes have been reported as stolen since March.
The culprit, Rusty Joe Long, 31, was identified after police found many of the missing bikes being sold online.
Long will report to Washington County Court in May and may faces thousands of dollars worth in fines and potential jail time.
