Police investigate battery at Kappa Alpha House

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark.- Police are investigating an altercation that took place at the Kappa Alpha fraternity house on the University of Arkansas campus. Authorities responded to a complaint at the residence which they have deemed was related to a violent fight.

Kevin Trainor, the U of A Associate Athletic Director, released a statement that said, “The University of Arkansas Department of Intercollegiate Athletics has been made aware of an incident occurring this past weekend at an event. The event was attended by University of Arkansas students, including members of the football team.”

University Police Chief Captain Gary Crain said no arrests have been made.
