University Seeks Instructors for Freshman Class

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – University of Arkansas invites faculty and staff to apply to teach University Perspectives.

The course centers on helping freshmen transition into college life by giving them various tools for success.

Teachers use theme-based courses such as literature, music and politics. Those who apply for the fall can opt to teach a certain theme.

University Perspectives classes meet for eight weeks for one hour, twice a week. Instructors get paid $1,300 for teaching the course.
