FAYETTEVILLE, Ark.- A blind artist will conduct a workshop on February 28 that allows participants to experience and understand what it is like to be a paint blind.
John Bramblitt has painted artwork that has been sold around the world.
He lost his sight to a combination of epilepsy and Lyme’s disease after he graduated from the University of North Texas.
He learned to distinguish paint colors by texture and paints on canvases with raised lines.
The U of A will host an exhibit of his work through March 20 in the Anne Kittrell Art Gallery.
