A federal investigation has been opened against the University of Arkansas regarding the way it handled three Title IX cases in 2015 and one of the complaintants is stepping forward for the first time since the investigation started.
Kayla Kimball appeared on camera Wednesday to talk about her experience with the Title IX system at the University. She sat down with UATV to explain why she took her fight to the Department of Education Office of Civil Rights after she says she was sexually assaulted.
