The No. 1 Arkansas men’s track and field team will look to carry their momentum from last weekend’s Tyson Invitational through to the Arkansas Qualifier set for Friday, Feb. 19. The Razorbacks will also send their distance medley relay team to Notre Dame’s Alex Wilson Invitational on Saturday, February 20.
USTFCCCA WEEK FOUR RANKINGS
Coming off a weekend which saw several Razorbacks collect new personal best marks Arkansas jumped up the USTFCCCA polls moving from No. 8 to No. 1. In addition to Arkansas three SEC schools have spots inside the top five including: No. 2 Tennessee, No. 3 Texas A&M and No. 4 LSU.
ARKANSAS QUALIFIER
Teams attending the Arkansas Qualifier include: Arkansas Baptist, Baylor, Houston, Kansas, Missouri State, Oral Roberts and Texas Tech.
Arkansas has the most NCAA top 10 event performances in the country highlighted by 12-time All-American Jarrion Lawson who is the co-leader in the long jump. The Razorbacks will dig deep this weekend and look to move a few more student-athletes up the NCAA indoor performance lists as they prepare for the 2016 SEC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

ALEX WILSON INVITATIONAL
Currently ninth in the nation in the DMR Arkansas will travel a group to South Bend, Ind. to compete at the Alex Wilson Invitational. The Razorbacks return two All-Americans from last year’s team in sophomores Austen Dalquist and Kenzo Cotton.
