KAY COUNTY, Okla. — The search for country singer Craig Strickland continues today in Oklahoma. Strickland, lead singer for Fayetteville based band Backroad Anthem, did not return from a duck hunting trip over the weekend. Crews found the body of his friend Chase Morland, 22, yesterday.
In a tweet, Strickland’s wife Helen, former Miss Arkansas USA wrote, “Craig’s dog Sam has been found. His boat has been confirmed as being capsized.” She also asked for prayers.
Craig’s dog Sam has been found. His boat has been confirmed as being capsized. They are still searching for Craig. Please keep praying.
