The University of Arkansas Police Department is investigating a report of acquaintance rape at the Phi Delta Theta House on campus.
The alleged incident occurred Friday December 12. The report was filed last Friday December 18, one week later.
According to UAPD, the “victim is considering her options.”
In November, no charges were filed after an acquaintance rape was reported at the Pi Kappa Alpha house.
