An acquaintance rape was reported early last Friday morning at the Pi Kappa Alpha House. According to the University of Arkansas Police Department, the reported incident happened around 1:45 a.m.
The alleged victim is an 18 year-old female student and has asked that no criminal charges be filed. Although she has not filed charges, the case will still go before the University of Arkansas Office of Student Standards and Conduct. The prosecuting attorney will also review the case.
