The French announced Sunday that they allowed 10 fighter jets to drop at least 20 bombs on multiple ISIS targets in the city of Raqqa. This attack comes two days after a massive terrorist attack in Paris that killed over 120 people ad injured over 300. ISIS claimed responsibility for the attacks.
The French exclaimed that the attack on Parisian soil was an “act of war.”
Mickael Soria, press advisor for France’s defense minister said targets of Sunday’s strikes were the command center, a recruitment center, an ammunition storage base and a training camp for the terror group.
