An arrest has been made in a kidnapping case out of Springdale.
20-year-old Julian Rivera chased down a 13-year-old girl as she was walking home from school.
He grabbed her and attempted to drag her into a nearby alley before she was able to escape.
He later identified him in a police lineup.
Police were also able to connect Rivera to previous kidnapping cases in the area.
