The Razorbacks named Jemal Singleton as their new running backs coach and special teams coordinator.
Singleton is taking over the position previously held by Joel Thomas who took the same job with the New Orleans Saints.
Singleton has spent the last four seasons as the running backs coach for the Oklahoma State Cowboys.
Last year, Oklahoma State running backs combined for 509 rushing attempts and only fumbled once all season.
In 2012, Singleton coached Joseph Randle, one of the best running backs in Oklahoma State history and a current Dallas Cowboy, to a first-team All-Big 12 selection and nearly 1,500 yards.
Last season, Arkansas averaged over 200 rushing yards per game behind Jonathan Williams and Alex Collins.
Collins became the first hog running back to rush for back to back 1,000 yard seasons since Heisman finalist Darren McFadden.
The Razorbacks finished the 2014 season winning three of their last four games and made their first bowl appearance since 2011.
