Extra counselors are comforting the students of Rogers High School today after one of their classmates died in an accident.
A 17-year-old was killed on Friday when the car he was riding in slipped on an icy road and fell in the lake.
Counselors and social workers are visiting classrooms at Heritage High to help students cope with the loss.
The car fell into lake Atalanta in Rogers.
Benton County Dive team members were able to get victim out of the car, but he was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
Close friends of the victims say they will wear tye dye in honor of their friend, because it was something he really liked to do.
