Tomorrow, the Rogers Police Department will swear in a new police chief.
The ceremony for Captain Hayes Minor will take place at the Rogers City Hall.
Captain Minor, a 21 year veteran, will take over for Chief James Allen who passed away after a long battle with cancer.
