The man who shot a cat in the head with an arrow has been arrested.
Fayetteville Police charged Micaleb Prather with animal cruelty.
The cat, Simba, was found on Happy Hollow Road in January with an arrow through its head.
A vet removed the arrow and police were able to use it as evidence to find Prather.
Simba is resting comfortably.
