FAYETTEVILLE–The Fayetteville City Council may rezone property near the U of A, to allow construction on a new Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market.
There is already a plot of undeveloped land on MLK.
Residents in favor of rezoning said it would fill a need for a grocery store on the Southside of Fayetteville.
