WalMart says actor Tracy Morgan is at fault for the crash that put him in critical condition this summer and killed another passenger. WalMart blames Morgan and the four other people riding in a limo bus for not wearing seatbelts when they were hit by a WalMart truck in June. The truck driver has pleaded not guilty to criminal charges including vehicular homicide.
