An escaped inmate who has been on the run is back behind bars. Police captured Tim Buffington today after he escaped prison in June. A report was made earlier this morning about a possible sighting of the escapee near Booneville. A state trooper later found him in camouflage clothing outside of a home. Buffington was nearing the end of his 20 year sentence for murder in the first degree for the killing of his ex-wife.
