A man is facing felony charges after he allegedly fondled two women on a Razorback transit bus. According to a report Noprhy Steib was arrested after two women say he sexually touched them on the chest while riding the Green transit bus. Later, police were able to locate Steib at a bus stop on Garland avenue. He is currently being held at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and faces charges of sexual assault.
