Owners of Food trucks who want to operate in public places around Fayetteville will have to submit their names by the end of April for a lottery drawing. New laws put in place in March will allow vendors the opportunity to use public parking spaces and city parks for their trucks. Only one-third of all applicants each year will be selected through the lottery drawing. Beginning today, April 17th, vendors can begin submitting their applications. The last day to turn in an application is Wednesday, April 30. The drawing will take place May 1, and winners will be notified that day.
