Undercover police officers buying cocaine, hours of survelliance being recorded, and wire tapping. It may sound like the plot to an action movie but North Little Rock police did it all to clean up the streets. Operation Chopping Cherry Tree started in 2012 and has finally payed off. Twenty-three people have been arrested in connection to a cocaine distribution ring spanning from Arkansas to Texas. Authorities say that they were not small-time dealers, but distributors delivering up to 10 kilograms of cocaine a week.
