Today kicks off the start of Lemke Jounalism Days. The week long event will feature several special guest speakers. This year’s Roy Reed Lecture speaker will be New York Times deputy national editor, Peter Applebottom. That lecture starts at 7 P.M. on Wednesday. The event will also include a fiesta honoring all Journalism department seniors on Tuesday. Ending the week will be the Society of Professional Jounalists Region 12 conference on Friday and Saturday.
