An up and coming apartment complex has many drivers and students searching for alternate routes while getting to campus. The Cardinal Apartment Complex has been under construction since Fall 2013 and since then, driving on Center Street and Duncan Avenue has become a problem. Due to the construction, Duncan Avenue is now a one-way street but will return to a two-way once construction is complete. Although the accident has not been reported in the area, heavy traffic has occurred during school hours. The apartments are scheduled to finished by the summer.
