A sex offender is behind bars tonight after admitting to having sex with an teenager. According to Fayetteville Police, the 15-year-girl was staying at Motel 6 with Jimmie Capehart after she went missing from her Fayetteville home. Capehart admitted he had sex with the girl 10-times before and after he knew she was only underage. He is being charged for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and Sexual Assault in the 4th degree.
