Two medical marijuana advocate groups are working to get their initiatives on the November ballot. Arkansas for Compassionate Care and Arkansas for Responsible Medicine propose medical marijuana be available to people with specific diseases as well as painful ailments. Both groups must collect more than 62,000 signatures by July 7th to be put on the ballot.
