Gas prices in Arkansas are on the rise. The price has risen nearly 12 cents in the past two weeks. Right now the national average is $3.14 per gallon.But Arkansas’ average is higher than that at $3.23. Gas Buddy says the annual maintenance needed to change to summer fuel will cause prices to continue to rise.
