An assistant professor at UA Fort Smith is out on bond and under house arrest after a federal court hearing Monday. Travis Brown plead not guilty in federal court and was issued a charge by the Federal Grand Jury. When police searched Brown’s home they found more than six hundred photos of children ages ten to twelve. Brown is banned from all internet access and must wear an ankle monitor at all times. The Arkansas State Police and Homeland Security continue their investigation on the case.
